The maintenance of under water sprinkler system stems from the National Fire Prevention Code (NFC), we refer section 6.6 Standard # 25 of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA # 25).

ANNUAL INSPECTION
According to the latest edition of NFPA # 25, the under water sprinkler system should beings inspected annually by a specialized firm and licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
The annual inspection is what is done in the industry and by a large majority of our customers but quarterly inspections are required. In all cases, it is necessary to refer to the competent authority having jurisdiction. Some insurers require sprinkler inspections every quarter.
QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS
According to the latest edition of NFPA # 25, several sprinkler system elements beings must be inspected four times a year by a specialized firm and licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
